Celebration of Christmas Programme
A short Christmas programme was organized at Rosary English School, Ajara on Dec 23rd ,2021 morning at 8:00am. The programme began with school assembly .After the assembly, melodious Christmas Carols were sung by the group of students.Tr.Sanchez extended a warm welcome to one and all. After the welcome speech ,a beautiful Tableau was presented by the students of class 6,7 & 8. The Carols and Tableau was put up under the guidance of Fr. Raymond Figredo. Fr.Felix Lobo, the Principal inaugurated the Crib which was prepared by Bro.Paul Marandi and his Troup.
After inauguration, results of Rangoli competition & House –wise Star Making Competition were announced and the winners were awarded with prizes.
After prize distribution,Fr.Felix gave Christmas message and gave a brief idea about the Synod and its meaning.
The dance performances were presented by the students of Class 8th to 10th.
The programme concluded by vote of thanks presented by Mast. Atharav Rode, Head Boy of the School. The programmer was compered by Mast.Tanmay Sawant & Miss.Sanskruti kamble of Class 10.
Snacks and sweets were distributed as token of Love to one and all who were present for the programme.
HOUSE-WISE STAR MAKING COMPETITION
House-wise Star Making Competition was organized in Rosary English School, Ajara on on account of “Christmas” for the students of STD VI to STD X. Each house was asked to prepare 2 stars each. Beautiful stars were prepared by the students. The winners of the Star Making Competition were Blue House first place, Yellow House second place and Green House third place. The cash prizes and points were awarded to the winners by the Principal Fr. Felix Lobo.
Rangoli Competition
A Rangoli Competition was organized in Rosary English School, Ajara on 22nd Dec 2021 on account of “Azadi ka Amrit Mohotsav” for the students of STD VI to STD X.
The topics for the competition were (1) Independent India (2) Indian Culture.
Students drew beautiful Rangolis for the competition. The programme was coordinated with the guidance of Mr.Manuel Bardeskar and Mrs Shailaja Kamble
Felicitation of SSC & Scholarship Students (2019-2020 & 2020-21)
Saturday 24th July 2021, Rosary English School,Ajara had organized a short felicitation programme for the SSC & Scholarship students at 10.00a.m at Rosary School Hall who scored excellent grades in SSC Board & Scholarship Examination held in the year 2019-2020 & 2020-21.The Chief Guest was Mr. UdayPowar (Sabhapati, Panchayat Samiti, Ajara) & the Guest of Honour was Mr. Albert D’souza(Chairman of Sammitra Co-operative Society, Watangi). The programme began with the introduction and welcoming of the Chief Guest and Dignitaries by Mr. Manuel Bardeskar.The scholarships were awarded to the merit students of SSC Board Examination through the Chief Guest &Along with these students, Miss Siddhi Patil who is the meritorious students in Pre-Secondary Scholarship Examination 2020& Miss ShifaNesarikar and Mast. Harshvardhan Desai who secured excellence in BDS (Brain Development Scholarship) Examination were awarded with Certificates and Gold Medals.
The Chief Guest, the Guest of Honour and other dignitaries expressed their thoughts and encouraged the students for Competitive Exams.They appreciated the hard work of the students and the guidance by the teachers. The programmeended by a Vote of Thanks by Mr. MandarHalvankar.
